Native Plant Workshop 2025

Join us on August 20, 2025, from 6-8 pm at Motz Park Pavilion for our Native Plant Workshop. We will have an in-depth discussion on designing a pollinator garden, covering crucial aspects such as plant selection based on sun exposure, soil type, and bloom time. Attendees will learn about proper plant spacing, choosing between seeds and plugs, and essential maintenance practices. The workshop will also provide tips on site preparation, planting techniques, and weed management. Followed by a guided walk through a local native grassland.
