Board of Directors:
Bill Lasher, Director and Treasurer: Lasher was on the Board of Directors from 1997 to 2000, and again from 2001 to the present.
He is currently the Village President of Ovid and the owner of two small businesses. Lasher is retired from the Michigan Department of Agriculture.
Jim Graham, Director and Vice Chairman of the Board: Graham was appointed to the Board of Directors in July of 2004, and was elected to a four-year term in March of 2005.
Graham farms and operates a pheasant hunting preserve north of St. Johns. He has lived on the farm since 1948.
Gloria Miller, Director: Miller was elected to the Board of Directors March of 2005 for a one year term to fill an unexpired term of office and re-elected in 2006 for a four-year term..
She was born and raised on a centennial farm in Watertown Township, where she still lives. Miller founded the Friends of the Looking Glass and continues to be active with that organization. She is a retired school teacher and a former trustee for Watertown Township. Miller earned a Master in science education degree at MSU.
Ken Halfman, Director and Chairman of the Board: Halfman was appointed to the Board of Directors in November of 2006 to fill an unexpired term. He is a partner in T & H Dairy, in the Fowler area.
Eric Buhr, Director: Eric was appointed to the Board of Directors in October 2007 to fill an unexpired term. As a Fowler High School science teacher, he introduces his students to important resource issues and helps them learn to approach the solutions to these problems with a conservation ethic.
