Semi-annual Tree Sale Terms and Conditions:
Quantities are limited. Orders are dated and filled on a first come first serve basis.
Orders must include payment. Payment may be by cash, check, VISA, Mastercard or Discover.
Orders must be picked up on the designated pick-up day. If the pick-up day conflicts with your schedule, other arrangements can be made by contacting the District office.
Due to many variable conditions beyond the control of the District, survival can not be guaranteed. Staff is available for questions to help make tree planting a success.
The District reserves the right to cancel orders and refund your payment if extenuating circumstances occur.
It is unlawful for trees and shrubs sold by the District to be resold with the roots attached. (Act 189 of P.A. 1931).
